The hotel's location is very convenient, close to major areas of Gurgaon, and the staff is humble and courteous. The rooms were comfortable and clean, although a bit cramped for three with luggage. The dining experience was very good, with Indian and International tastes catered to, but we missed out due to an early flight. The overall service was lovely, but there is room for improvement in customer service.

The service, starting from the front desk to housekeeping, goes above and beyond, being attentive to guests' requests. The location is very convenient, close to excellent restaurants, and well-connected to the metro. The dining options are extensive and cater to both Indian and International tastes. Overall, a wonderful stay with a few room size constraints.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were compact but had everything I needed. The service was super friendly and always available, although there was a mix-up with my room preference. The location was great, close to all the good restaurants, and Mr Narender made my experience even better. The dining experience was decent, but I couldn't enjoy it fully due to my early departure. Overall, a positive experience with some minor hiccups.
